The project will serve as the centerpiece of “Synthesis Ark Phuket”, a THB 50 billion integrated mixed-use megaproject developed by CV Group of Companies and spanning more than 500 rai in the heart of Phuket. Designed as a future-ready urban destination, the development will comprise condominiums, luxury villas, office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, educational institutions, health and wellness facilities. ICONPHUKET is scheduled to open in 2029 and Phase 1 of Synthesis Ark Phuket is scheduled to be completed in 2032.

The development is being delivered in collaboration with leading architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants, including Urban Architects, P Landscape, K.C.S. & Associates, TEAM Group, Atelier Ten, and Systra MVA (Thailand).
The project is also envisioned as a key driver of economic growth for Phuket and Southern Thailand, supporting an estimated 50,000-80,000 jobs from construction through full operations. Siam Piwat has brought together leading public and private sector partners, including the Thai Chamber of Commerce and YEC representatives from all 14 southern provinces, to develop the “Southern Thailand Vision Master Plan”. This collaborative roadmap will help position ICONPHUKET as a Gateway to the Southern Potential, connecting the region to new opportunities in trade, investment, and global markets.
